The Challenge

Growing businesses handle hundreds of emails daily across sales, support, and internal communication — all managed manually. High-intent leads get buried among routine queries, support teams spend excessive time on repetitive responses, and operations teams have no real-time visibility into what's happening.

Our Solution

We built a complete AI Ops platform: an AI classification engine assigns confidence-scored labels to every message, a workflow builder routes each type to the correct team with automated actions, an AI response panel generates and explains context-aware replies, and a live dashboard gives teams full operational visibility.

Smart Inbox

Incoming messages are displayed alongside AI classification tags, company context, source, and team size so operators understand business relevance at a glance. Each message is pre-analysed — classified as lead, support, internal, or spam — before any human opens it.

AI Response Panel

A dedicated interface where AI-generated replies are shown alongside the original message. The system explains its reasoning — why a particular response was generated and what intent signals were detected — building operator trust. Responses can be approved, edited, or escalated in one click.

Workflow Builder
