The Challenge
Course platforms host large volumes of videos, PDFs, and structured modules, but users cannot navigate content efficiently. We designed a three-layer AI system: a website chatbot handling pre-sales queries, a student learning assistant embedded inside the course interface, and a structured knowledge base that indexes all modules, lessons, and documents to back every AI response with traceable, source-cited answers.
